CA. Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, A Dual-bachelor’s degree holder, he completed his Bachelor Of Commerce (Hons.) from Meerut University in 1984. He has been a true follower of Continuous Professional Education, as after completing his Chartered Accountancy in 1989, and considering his dedication towards his profession, he continued to pursue the expertise and obtained the degree as a Forensic Auditor (FAFD) in 2017. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for more than three decades, He has been part of the Important Committees of Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) since 1995 and he has been elected as Secretary as well as Vice-President of Northern India Region Council (NIRC) of ICAI during the period of 2004-2008. Thereafter, on 25th February 2008, he was elected by the council as the Chairman of NIRC. During his tenure as a chairman of NIRC, and with the crucial support of NIRC, ICAI has earned various credentials, which embark a new era of professional development. Due to his capabilities appreciated by the Board of Association of National Member of Stock Exchange of India (ANMI), he has been elected as Chairman of ANMI in 2013-14. Thereafter, Due to the positivity of his performance and dedication towards the association, he has been re-elected as Chairman during various period of times i.e. 2019-20 and 2022-2023. Presently, he has been fulfilling the role of Director in the association. He has been elected as an Independent Director of DFC Limited (Delhi Stock Exchange) for the tenure from the year 2010-2013.

Vikram’s strength is his relationship, and he has successfully leveraged them to create strategic value for his client across Aviation, BFSI, Real Estate & Renewable sectors. Vikram is a co-founder of Claysquare Advisors and has played a key role in capital raising both in domestic & overseas markets for Indian businesses. Shri Ajeet Kumar Agarwal, 55 years, was Director (Finance) of the REC, a Navratna company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power since August 1, 2012. He has done B. Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Shri Agarwal has 32 years’ experience in Public Sector Undertakings. During his tenure in REC as General Manager/ Executive Director (Finance), he handled various finance functions including Resource Mobilisation, Loan Disbursement and Corporate Accounts & Taxation. Prior to joining our Company on March 29, 2007, he was General Manager in Telecommunications Consultants India Limited. He is also a Nominee Director on the Board of Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX). He was responsible for formulating financial strategies and plans to enable the Company in achieving its vision. He provided directions with respect to Financial Management and Operations of the organization encompassing organizational and financial planning, formulation of financial policy, financial accounting, management control systems, cash and funds management, tax planning, mobilization and management of resources, liaison with financial institutions and capital market players. He had also supervised treasury functions, lending operations and advises on corporate risk management matters.

Daksh has a Master of Business Administration from University of Newcastle, Australia and has a Master of Commerce from CCSU, Meerut. Earlier, he was associated with Nuvama Asset Services (earlier known as Edelweiss Asset Services) in clearing & custody department. During his stint at Nuvama, he had been part of the business development team where in new relationships were established and nurtured with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to drive business expansion. Further, working with Nuvama, he also managed to be part of the operations team wherein he worked on new projects to strengthen the processes.
